Search for Owner of Pit Bull in Attack Continues

In the Clayton County, Georgia area, police are searching for the owner of a pit bull who reportedly attacked a man. Jose Padilla was reportedly attacked as he was walking his dog. The pit bull allegedly bit the man on his legs and tried to go at his neck. Officers were able to catch the dog in order to determine if he has rabies, but the owner is currently unknown.
