R. Matthew "Matt" Graham is the Managing Litigation Attorney at J. Alexander Law Firm in Dallas, Texas, bringing more than 25 years of civil litigation experience across Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. A 2000 graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law, Matt spent over a decade representing insurance companies in trials across the Southwest and served as Director of Subrogation Litigation for a 10-state region of the nation's second-largest auto insurer — giving him an inside view of how carriers evaluate, delay, and fight claims — before crossing over to represent injured people and families.
Today Matt runs the firm's litigation department, personally directing the most complex catastrophic injury, commercial trucking, wrongful death, and insurance bad-faith cases. He is licensed in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, admitted to all four U.S. District Courts in Texas plus Colorado and New Mexico, and brings additional public service as a Commissioner on the Fort Worth City Plan Commission and former Staff Judge Advocate in the Texas State Guard
