If there is a question as to whether you are able to work, I will likely send you to a vocational rehabilitation expert. I will then aggressively represent you in court against the attorneys for the insurance company and the attorneys for the Second Injury Fund. I will negotiate the highest possible settlement for your injuries. If we are unable to obtain a fair settlement, I will thoroughly prepare your case for trial and any appeals that may follow.
