Train Conductor Saves Man's Life

One man has a conscientious train conductor to thank for just barely saving his life.

The 35-year-old man was asleep on train tracks near local streets when the conductor spotted him on the tracks. Luckily, the conductor was able to bring the train to a complete stop, but rolled over the man slightly. What could have been a complete tragedy turned out to be a blessing for the almost-victim.

Once the train stopped, the conductor and his crew de-boarded to assist the man. They found him seriously groggy, with a few scrapes and bruises. Although it has not yet been verified, police believe that alcohol is to blame for the man falling asleep on the tracks.

Have you been involved in a train accident that caused you to sustain physical injuries, emotional trauma or excessive medical bills?  If so, you may wish to discuss your legal options with a personal injury lawyer in your area who can help you file a claim to seek compensation.
