Metro Bus Collides with Hospital Van

Police officers and emergency medical crews were kept busy last Wednesday when a Metro bus collided with a hospital van.

The accident was called in around 10:40 AM by worried passersby who saw the bus, driving eastbound on Wilshire Boulevard, hit the van coming from the St. Vincent Medical Center. Luckily, the only person in the van was the driver, but the Metro bus was carrying seven passengers, as well as the driver. While three people were treated and then released from the scene of the bus accident, six were taken to local hospitals for more serious injuries.

Further information about the accident is being kept under wraps by the Los Angeles Police Department as they continue their investigation.

If you have recently been injured in a bus accident due to someone else's negligence, it may be wise to seek the counsel of a personal injury lawyer who practices law in your state of residence.
