A woman in the Plains Township, Pennsylvania area has reportedly died as the result of a tow truck accident. Denise Polinchak reportedly died as her vehicle was being towed from a parking lot. It is believed at this time that alcohol may have played a role in the truck accident. The driver's side of Polinchak's car was reportedly opened while it was being towed and ended up hitting her. She was pronounced dead at a medical center.
