A pedestrian was apparently hit and killed by a train in the Chesterfield County, Virginia area. According to reports, the accident occurred in the afternoon and was reported by the conductor who stopped the Amtrak train to report hitting a pedestrian. The body of the pedestrian was found near the tracks. An investigation into the train accident is still going on.
