Police are currently consulting with the district attorney's office in the Cape Cod area as to whether or not to charge a teenager with the death of Keith Yorke. Reportedly, Yorke was struck and killed while he was out walking a dog. The driver of the car did call 911 from the scene of the accident. The pedestrian accident is still under investigation to decide if the teenager is responsible for the accident.
