Mother Pleads Guilty to Child Neglect Following Auto Accident

In South Florida, a woman recently pled guilty because she allegedly put her child in a dangerous situation.

On Friday, Roseline Jean-Baptiste pled guilty to charges that included culpable negligence and child neglect.

Back in May, it is reported that the mother's car flipped over while she was driving on Interstate 95.  The collision left to her one-year-old son catapulting over a sound wall in Pompano Beach.  The toddler luckily landed in a yard and did not suffer any child injuries.

Police investigated the accident and determined that Jean-Baptiste did not place her one-year-old son and her three-year-old daughter in car seats.
