Arraigned in Village Court, Garcia was indicted for 2 felony counts of assault, 1 felony count of reckless endangerment, 1 felony count of criminal mischief, 1 misdemeanor count of leaving the accident's scene with personal injury, as well as 1 misdemeanor count of reckless driving. The Village Court Judge set the bail for Garcia at $75,000 and he is to be expected in court on October 16.
