Underage Drunk Driver Charged in Fatal Hit and Run Case

The 20-year-old driver involved in a hit and run accident is facing serious criminal charges as well as a civil suit from the family of a 49-year-old man that was killed in the incident. K.T. was reportedly leaving her job as a bartender at a local night club in the predawn hours of a day in late January when she got in her car and hit the victim, S.R.
