F. Scott Lucas

Upon leaving the field of insurance defense litigation more than a decade ago Scott became a trial lawyer, committing himself solely to advancing the cause of those injured by the negligence of others. During that time Scott has litigated a wide range of complex case types to include trucking accidents, wrongful death claims, motorcycle accidents, sexual assaults, dog bite cases, fire cases, premises liability cases based upon a landlord’s failure to provide adequate security in high crime apartment complexes, serious motor vehicle collisions and many more.
