Auto Accident Causes Tree to Split in Two

Police say excessive speed caused a car accident that completely split a tree in two last week. According to reports, the young driver was reportedly going well above the speed limit when he lost control of his vehicle. Police in southern New Hampshire received a 911 call last week for a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. When officers arrived on the scene, they found 23-year-old F.H. behind the wheel. The section of roadway that he was traveling on had many curves on which he is likely to have lost control. His vehicle had crashed into a tree which then split down the middle.

Although his condition is currently unknown, one of the responding officers stated that he suffered significant injuries during the collision. Shortly after the crash was called in, the Accident Investigation Unit arrived on the scene. These officers are trained to better assess just how an accident happened and who, if anyone, is at fault. If you were recently injured in an auto accident that caused you injuries, property damage, and/or emotional distress, speak with a personal injury in your area about your legal options as soon as possible.
