EMTs Could Not Save Construction Worker's Life

A construction accident took the life of a man last week in Indianapolis. Despite arriving on the scene within minutes of the accident taking place, EMTS were unable to save the man. The police report shows that the victim, who remains unnamed, was on a construction site behind an excavator. At some point a man operating the excavator backed the vehicle up, not realizing that there was someone in its path. The victim lost his life shortly after the accident took place. At this time, police do not expect to press charges against anyone on the construction site.

As a result of the construction accident, the highway and surrounding roadways were delayed for several hours. Have you recently been injured during a construction accident? If so, discuss your legal options as an accident victim with a personal injury lawyer to learn how you can file a civil suit to seek damages for your pain and suffering in your state of residence.
