Death Ruled Accidental Drowning

The loss of a young man's life has been finally ruled as an accidental drowning by the Lake County medical examiner.

According to Lake County Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt. John Herrell 22-year-old Jasmine Crenshaw's body was discovered last week at Summer Bay Resort with no signs of trauma. While investigators originally believed that there was not any foul play in her death, their reports were confirmed by the results of the autopsy. However, they are still investigating the cause of the drowning accident.

Crenshaw will be missed by her family and fellow members of the Central State University's track team who arrived in Ohio today. Grief counselors were on hand at the school for any teammates, friends or faculty members who wish to use their services.
