Tori Spelling Victim of Recent Car Accident

While driving her kids to school, actress Tori Spelling became involved in a terrifying car accident.

The reality star was transporting her two children when a paparazzi attempted to chase her. According to her Twitter account, the accident "Took down whole wall of the school. He then STILL got out to try to take pics." Spelling, who is pregnant, was taken to a nearby hospital to check on the status of her unborn child. Her children - Liam, 4, and Stella, 2 - were uninjured in the car accident.

At this time Spelling has not pressed any charges against the paparazzi responsible for the crash, but she could at a later time.
