Traffic Delayed After Concrete Truck Accident

When a concrete truck collided with a delivery truck on Carolina Beach Road traffic was delayed for several hours. Crews had to work throughout the day to right the concrete truck that had flipped onto its side, causing a blockade in the road and stopping traffic.

A young woman who witnessed the truck accident said that, "I was scared that it was going to come through the window. It was a matter of feet away from the building."

While nobody was injured in the accident, the driver of the delivery truck didn't go away empty handed. He was cited for failing to yield to the right of way.

Have you been involved in a truck accident recently? If it wasn't your fault and you want to seek damages from the responsible party, it is highly advised that you take the time to discuss your case with a local personal injury lawyer.
