Family Blames Ambulance for Wrongful Death

The family of Barbara Grimes alleges that an ambulance company is to blame for her death and now they want to challenge them in court.

According to the lawsuit filed this month American Medical Response is to blame for Barbara Grimes' death in 2009. When the ambulance arrived to bring Grimes to her regular dialysis treatment, the attendant crew dropped Grimes on her head. She died five days later due to a brain hemorrhage.

Local TV news station Fox 25 has attempted to discuss the case with AMR at both its Quincy and corporate offices in Colorado to no avail. They have dismissed comments stating that it is a legal matter that cannot be discussed publicly.

If you believe that there is someone to blame for your loved one's wrongful death then you need to hire a personal injury lawyer. Don't let your loved one's tragic death simply slip by!
