According to reports, Alicia Ann Manigold was likely involved in the truck accident due to icy road conditions and texting on her phone. She reportedly lost control of her car and collided with the truck. The driver of the truck, Thomas Covault was reportedly not injured in the accident. Manigold was also reportedly not wearing a seat belt at the time.
