The Madison County, Tennessee Emergency Management Agency director has been involved in a two car accident. Marty Clements reportedly hit another car at an intersection. The driver of the other vehicle allegedly failed to yield at a stop sign which caused Clements to collide with it. Clements and two other were reportedly taken in for medical care, but no injuries appear to be life-threatening. The car accident is still under investigation.
