A woman was driving north in Naperville, Illinois when she collided into the vehicle in front of her causing a reaction leading to a multi-vehicle accident with five cars in total. The driver was reportedly taking her eyes off of the road to reach for a water bottle which caused the car accident. She was taken to the hospital where she was treated and released. One other person involved in the accident suffered minor injuries. The driver who caused the multi-vehicle accident was cited for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
