Trucker Gets 10 Years Probation for Accident

A former Missouri truck driver has been given ten years of probation for the charge of negligent homicide in connection with the deaths of ten people in a traffic collision. Donald L. Creed pleaded guilty to ten counts of misdemeanor negligent homicide. He will also serve 30 days in the county jail. The truck accident occurred when the man's truck didn't slow down before it ran into traffic that was stopped for another accident.
