Woman in Houston Files Lawsuit for Disfigurement

In Houston, Texas, the sister of former Houston Oilers quarterback, Warren Moon, has recently filed a personal injury lawsuit. Patsy Moon filed her claim against a restaurant chain owner in
Dallas after an accident led to one of her legs being permanently disfigured.
Moon filed her lawsuit in the Harris County court. In her claim, she stated that while she was at La Madeleine restaurant in Houston, a restaurant staff member spilled a tray of hot soup and coffee over her thigh. Moon said that she had to be rushed to a nearby emergency room for treatment.
After the incident, Moon claimed that her leg was disfigured as her thigh now has a large burn mark. At this time, the owner of La Madeleine is refusing to comment on the situation.
